Why a Solo Practice — On Purpose
Russell O. Brown didn’t choose law by accident. After earning his M.A. in Computer and Information Resources from Webster University and his B.A. in International Studies from the University of South Carolina, he saw how systems — legal, technological, institutional — could either protect people or crush them. He went to law school to make sure his clients had someone on their side of those systems.
Since 2005, Russell has been licensed to practice in South Carolina and admitted to both the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit. He built a solo practice — on purpose — because he never wanted to be the attorney whose clients couldn’t get a return call.
When you hire Russell O. Brown, you get Russell O. Brown. Not an associate. Not a paralegal. Not a case number in a queue.
